Bank Of Baroda — wrongful detail in cibil report

I used to have a credit card 10 years ago with the bob, inspite of full payment they mention the status in cibil report as willful default. Credit card number [protected]. Now i have to take urgent loan for my daughter marraige with other bank and they demand noc for the same. Only 12 days are left for marraige and bob says that it will tak 10-15 days to issue noc. Please help me.

My electricity bill not refund debited by phone pay ARN no.30001281408140182808083 I talk the phone pay company they say to me we have the payment created in your account but payment not refund they say to me contact your bank and give your ARN.no. but I can not received my payment plz help me
