Bank Of Baroda — wrongly account debited

Hello i have done the transfer yesterday by an bank of baroda to icici bank account though an phone pe app, whereas the transaction get failed 2 times but still the amount got deducted from my bank account. Also contacted phone pe customer care they said there is no money debited showing in their ststem for this particular transaction. So as mentioned want the money bank in my account asap.
