My name is Abdul Hanan Modak. I work as cab driver by day and a freelancing graphic designer by night. I bought a new laptop for my work using my three month salary on Amazon. I paid using emi debit card. Unfortunately i bought the wrong model. So i cancelled the order the same day and asked for a refund, which they said would take 3 to 5 business days. It has been 8 days now. My work is being affected. I am using a partially dysfunctional laptop to do my work. I have to meet deadlines. I cant buy a new laptop until i get my refund.
I am really desperate. All the money i earn as a cab driver goes to my family. My freelancing is the only thing i have as an insurance policy.
Please help.
I ordered the laptop on 6 september, and cancelled it as well.
They initiated the refund on the same day,
But i still haven't received any refund whatsoever.
