[Resolved]  Bank Of India — Refund initiated from Vivo on 24 April 2023 but not received in my BOI account

I had ordered a mobile phone through Vivo.com on 11-04-23. The cost was rupees 29999. The mode of payment was through BOI debit card. The product was cancelled and Vivo issued my refund on 24 April 2023.
