I am having savings account in Bank of Baroda, Kamal sharma Rohtak Branch.I had applied for Internet banking before two-three months.On 12th NOV. I have received Internet banking User ID, when I personally visited at branch for collect my PASSWORD.As per their policy, Internet banking shall enable USER ID for functioning within 48 hours.But unfortunately after 15 days my "BARODA CONNECT" has not activated.
In continously followup with Branch and your help line no. regarding non-activation of my "BARODA CONNECT" but everytime they give me assurance that it will be activated on next day as we already forward your details to concern dept. Last day I am again calling your help line no. regarding activativation my net banking passward. they give me a request no. My request no. is 330062. but my net banking passward not activated till now. I am sending you screen shot

I have a saving a/c in your bank. My saving a/c no. is [protected]. My Name is wrongly mention in my account and second my net banking is not porply work. I am sending you a print sereen attach copy.
when i use my net banking my user id passwoard show invalid. So we request you to please correct my name (KAMAL SHARMA ) in my bank account and solve my problem about net banking service. We shall be very thankful to you.
