[Resolved] Bata India — Brand new pair of ladies sandal damage within one month.

I will purchase new pair of ladies sandals in last month from Bata showroom with cash memo. But within one month this pair sole wear out and damage. I will go back to showroom but they replied i will register online complain giving him hard copy of this complain and the y will take action on it.
