Sir/Mam I purchased a sandal of size 10, model number[protected] from a Bata show room .K.P Road SHOP NUMBER -3700, kamla nagar New Delhi for Rs. 499 on date 13/4/2015.It is very disappointing to convey you that its sole got broken into two halves within 15 days of purchase.I have lost the bill so the manager present in the outlet asked me to give a complaint. kindly help
