[Resolved] Bata India — Chappals damaged with in 4 months

874/4876- Dr. Scholl model chappal was bought on 25.12.2014 at Bata Adyar branch chennai and the in sole has been peeled off with in 4 months. When contacted the branch they refused to replace or repair tham. I trusted bata for quality and see the picture the quality hangs
