Dear sir /Madam, I have purchased a pair of shoe from M/s V.K.G ENTERPRISES ( BATA DELAR ), SCO 102-103, SECTOR - 16, FARIDABAD, HARYANA via BILL NO. 47122, DATED :- 02/11/2014, STYLE NO 831/6910, SIZE 07 due to pasting problem it got damaged from front side. On 14.12.2014 i return that pair for claim but till date i don't get any proper answer from their side but every time ( SUNDAY ) they give excuses that company has closed the manufacturing of this STYLE & SIZE ur claim is passed, our billing is closed for this SIZE & STYLE etc... So, Sir / Madam i request u to please see the matter on ur basis and please solve this matter as soon as possible. I will be highly thankful to you. Thanking you Davinder Singh [protected]
