[Resolved] Bata India — complaint about a product North star

I had purchased a North star size no.6 from your Bata showroom chand shah takiya market jodhpur.
Some time after November 15th i cannot specify the details as i have lost the bill.
on washing its color faded and the cloth of the shoe tore i took the shoe to the showroom and the incharge suggested
i lodge the complaint with you. furthur said if i had the bill he would have immediately replaced.
in the abscence of the bill i should send the photograph of the shoes for your perusal.
the photographs are attached with this complaint you are requested to kindly advice your showroom to replace the shoes without causing any trouble.
