Dear Sir,
I Mr. Sameer Singh had bought a Bata Chappal/Sleeper of 2 pairs on 14/05/2015 but both of the sleeper got torned after 15 days one of the pair was on 20% discount. So, the agency people are ready to replace one pair only not the other one.
While Selling they gave guarantee on replacing the both pair, but now they are not ready to replace the other one. I’m also attaching the purchased Bill with this complaint.
