It is submitted that I had purchased a pair of Bata Sandals, Article No (500CD[protected] from authorised Bata Stores, Main Bazar Jalandhar Cantt for Rs 799/-. It is also submitted that the bill which was given by the shopekeeper was automatically vanished as it was printed on the Fax paper. I approached to the owner of your store and show him the condition of sole which was came out from front and back. He is saying that this is minor fault and pasted the sole and returned the sandals to me next day. But after two days the condition was same and the sole agian came out. I again reached to your store and he adviced me to lodge complaint in this regard. Earlier there has not been any complaint from Bata products as we are using your products since childhood. Now at last I request you to give directions to your store holder to give me a new pair of sandals in lieu of the previous one.
