[Resolved]  Bata India — complaint regarding defect in chappal

I am a regular customer of your company since last 10 years, i have purchased chappal by brand name Scholl for Rs. 1700/-, from Ganapat Galli Corner Khade Bazar Belgaum, Karnataka Vide Cash Memo No. 13-09-14/1/[protected] I feel regret to inform you that after wearing the chappal the right leg chappal is totally tight fitting when I approach the showroom they said we will make it. but they could not do it and said the chappal is side border stiched and we can not do any thing. Sir i found it is a manufacturing defect. i will be very much thankfull to you if you exchange the same chappal to be a customer of yours at all time. From K. I.
