[Resolved] Bata India — Complete damaging of shoes

I had bought sandle costing 2000 rs in November from ur showroom at shipramall indrapuram ncr ghaziabad. Within 2 week of wearing the sol cracked in 2 half's and the leather torn out as if the old leather. I hav been wearing bata shoes since long time dats the 1st experience. I stay in hostel so can't come from lucknow. Nw on 15th Feb 2015 I went to ur same shop with ma problem the moment I stared ma complain of replacement a very stupid ill mannered and miss behaved sale man o[censored]rs instruct me that today no complains would be entertained. And can't b helped and asked me to come on some other day as if i was begger. Not excepted beviour. Nw what I want is the replacement for the same and a strict action against the same person. Also I have to think fo further purchase for the product o[censored]r company.same has happened with my mother she recently purchased a shoes from bata near our house n shoe didn't work but they conveniently replaced the same den and there. I want a quick and best possible action regarding ma problem. Otherwise forcefully I had to go for consumer court..

Updated by roop krishan jala this complained has not been resolved till now. its been more than 8 years have visited the shop more than 5 times but, later tired of doing that. and also there was no correspondance not even once from the company they themselves have written resolved they would not be knowing which pair of sandle was being purchased.
have stopped purchasing footwears from BATA company and recommended same to others.
