hi I am sidhik from kozhikode.I had purchased a shoes from bata showroom at calicut art no:821-4013.the counterpart of the shoes is torn within few days.the date of purchase is[protected].the purchase is through credit card(rs 1999).so i humbly request you to replace the shoes.
