[Resolved] Bata India — Crack developed in the right footware

I purchased foot ware @ Rs 999 from the Kalka ji outlet (New Delhi) on 03 May 15. A crack has been developed in the right foot ware.I approached the said outlet on 01 Jul 15 and they advised to register the complain on line.It was not purchased on discount. TID[protected], Batch No-000813, INV No-013688, BILL No-0038.Mob No-[protected].I want replacement.
