[Resolved] Bata India — damage of shoes

to, customer service, I had purchased a bata sandal on 13th June, 2014 from the branch in goregaon west, Mumbai. And few days back the sole of the sandal detached from the top portion. When contacted the branch, they asked to mail u the complaint. The order details are as follows: product no[protected] price- 699 Rs store id- 02021 store branch- goregaon west, Mumbai. I am a regular customer and have faced such problems earlier also. This time its within the 3rd month after the purchase of the product.. As I am a loyal customer, I expect to get a replacement or at least get it repaired. I hope you will do the needful.

Before complaining it to consumer complaints forum, I had already sent an email to Bata customer service at customer.[protected]@bata.co.in. And its been 3 days I haven't received a single mail about my complaint from bata customer care. Well I have sent an email again just to check whether I get any response against my complaint. I hope bata doesn't loose a loyal customer.
