i have purchased shoes in june and it get damaged in sep.. i make complain to retail store, he told me i will talk to company whether replaced or gave some discount on next purchase. After some time again i reached to store but no reply. bata is agood company from long time. we had no complaint before. Kindly reply what to do, already 2 months are gone during this process.
