[Resolved] Bata India — Damaged bata shoes

I purchase one pair of shoe dt. 08/06/2014 form BATA INDIA Aundh, Pune showroom details as product No. is[protected] payment make by canara Visa card. After a week I found major damage in shoe as show in attach photographs and I lost original Bill. The showroom suggest me to write mail customer service for replace the shoes. Please help me for replace the shoes as early as.Waiting for your reply... Sandip Patil. Aundh, Pune.
