[Resolved] Bata India — damaged chappal

Sir, for the last 10 years I am a pride customer of BATA products. I have purchased 3 pairs of ladies chappals(article no.661-6241 Rs 499, article no.661-4241 Rs 499) for my daughters and my mother from Shanmugham road showroom of BATA on .Out of those 3, two of them are damaged very soon .When I contacted the showroom in connection with this they demanded the purchase bill. In fact, in a hurry, I have misplaced the bill and I have mentioned the exact time and date of purchase to them. As this is my sorrowfull position you may kindly take appropriate steps to replasce my chappels and to reddress my loss. yours faithfully sadique [protected]@gmail.com [protected]
