This is to bring forth that the product quality provided was highly pathetic, leaving me no choice but to write this Complaint. I bought a Hand Bag Article# F[protected] Cash Memo# 17-08-14/1/0008 Marie
Claire, and it got badly damaged in less then 2.5 month.It feels like increasing your line of products is doing no good to the consumers as the quality is degrading attracting bad name for the brand.I would seriously hope someone takes this matter seriously & attends this case on priority as I don't believe in doing unnecessary follow
ups. The concern is genuine & I feel cheated, hope you won't prolong the matter & force me to approach Consumer forums/court & online blogs.
Let me know when can I go to your store, as I want my Hand Bag to be replaced on PRIORITY/ Refund of amount PS: All the necessary information attached, Pictures of damaged Bag & the bill.
