Dear sir,
I purchased a sandal of bubble gum (brand) size -no -11 for my child 15-june 2014 between around 9.00 p.m & 9.30 pm from bata show room Thakkar mall 2nd floor, near railway stn.of borivali (west) .
but sandal broken within 1 month & my bill is misplaced but details of purchase given below. without bill they are not ready to exchange sandal & told me intimate company.
company name : buble gum
sandal no . 361 - 6091
Price : Rs. 499.00
size = 11
bill no. = 480
I request you to give necessary instructions to bata show room in thakkar mall ( near railway stn.of borivali (west) . to exchange sandal with new.
Request you to do the needful at earlieast.
