[Resolved] Bata India — Defect in bata sandal # 221650

hi my name is Rahul Choudhary. I bought bata sandal from bata store on 24/4/2014 and warranty period is of 60 days according to store manager. My sandals came off from the sol of the sandal on 12/4/2014. I had put in a complaint eralier and I was informed i will receive call from bata in 3 days, but till now i have not yet received any call or email from your team. My complaint number which was given to me is # 221650 kindly look into this matter any reply or call regards Rahul
