Dear sir,

I self nilam panaskar. I stay in ulwe navi Mumbai.I had purchased bata shoe 9 Dec 2018 with trust of bata quality but shoe sole is break with one and half months from purchase I went to shoe shop on 30 Jan 2019 the shop sales man told me bata never provide any replacement after one month.

Kindly do the needful and provide me replacement of shoe.

Sir, I have made a purchase of Bata from shop no.1348 with invoice no 695, sir it's written that normal mrp is 799 but after gst benefits it's 711 but the dealer buyed rupees 799 from me.its cheating your customer.please take necessary action to be taken to thrm
