[Resolved]  Bata India — False promise made by sales gril at GIP store Noida -reg

Dear HUSH PUPPIES International, I have purchased sandal from GIP Noida store .Actually My wife size is not available in store at that time .Sales girl assured that sandal will fit after some time .Now it sorry to say that is impossible to wear the sandal .We have visited the store, Mr Jitendra at store asked for the mail from customer care to even take our sandal .We are following this case for more than 3-4 months at customer care no. .Last time, we called at customer care and talk to Mr. Abhishek (complaint no.238534 dated[protected], as per Mr. Abhishek problem will be resolved in 4-5 working days .Till date no reply / call has been received from customer care . I want to know the reply of following questions- How an International brand has so insensitive towards the customer? Why at ur store asked for email to even registered my complain? How ur sales representative cheated us ? Is hush puppies like brand require this low class practice to sale their product? It is therefore, requested to kindly take all possible steps in resolving my issue .If required i can upload the pics of the sandal . Alok [protected]
