sir my name is videsh walia and i want to replaced my slippers which i bought from bata india showroom in kamla nagar 2 delhi before 1 monts ago. i complained to showroom and they advised for net complaint. my sliipers are very loose. so please replace it. modal no. of slipper is 671-3079 and mrp is 699 my contact no. in [protected]
