[Resolved] Bata India — Horrible Experience with Hush puppies shoes from Bata

Hi All, I brought a pair of shoes from Bata (old Delhi Gurgaon Road) showroom, the shoes size was exact but shoes design hurt upper part of my left foot, event i can't walk 100 meter after wear it, after complaint in Bata on thier toll free Number [protected] the customer care executive give me 100% assurance to fix the issue in three days but after complete the mentioned timeline again i have contacted then but againt they are asking for more 2 days time. My complaint No is : 411862. Please act on mentiones complaint ASAP else i will register a complaint in district consumer court. I am waiting for response.
