[Resolved] Bata India — Hush Puppies Shoe Sole Damaged

Hi, I bought a pair of Hush Puppies shoes for Rs 4000/- on October 2014. After 3 months o[censored]sage the soles of both the shoes have got damaged. I regret to say this that I have not used this shoe for one year and the sole of my shoe has come out hanging. I have attached an image of the shoe. Please let me know why this has happened within this duration. Also I want this to be replaced by your any of your Bata showroom. My contact details are as below.
