I have purchased a pair of hush puppies shoes article no.[protected] for Rs..4500/- from BATA showroom Sector-22 Chandigarh 6 or 7 months back..as I am regular customer of Bata for the last 30 years I have not retained the original bill. I regret to complaint that the shoe developed cracks in the lower as well as in upper portion. the matter was brought to the notice of manager of your Sector 22 Chandigarh showroom. He endorsed the cracks in the shoe and advised me to address the complaint with customer care centre for free replacement. Please do the needful at the earliest possible.
