[Resolved]  Bata India — kids shoes damage(manufacturing defect) 3 months

purchase date 22/5/2014, bata chincholi, malad west, mumbai 64, cash memo no 22-05-14/[protected]. this is 4 yrs kids sandal with light.one shoes light not working from first week one shoe. but did not complain because not big issue. But now the whole sole along with light has peeled as if no glue fixed.at shop thy are asking to send email as they do not replace after 2 months nor repair. i would remind you that all GOOD shoe are giving 6 MONTHS GURANTEE on goods shoes.Why are yoy different.In good old days you would give 12 months gurantee and of cource your shoes outlived its gurantee. Kindly arrange to replace the shoe for BATAS name sake. Rajesh
