[Resolved]  Bata India — Loss shoe colour on toe

dear sir, i am vivek from kothrud, pune. 6 months before i had purchased a pair of maroon colour shoes from your retail outlet. Within 6 months o[censored]se i loss shoe colour from maroon to white on toe of shoe. so my shoes itself doing bad publicity of bata in my organization and in my friend circle. when i went to your retail outlet they told me arrogantly that they are not responsible for what bata sold to you. That what i got from bata in 1699RS. All i want to say suggest me solution for this and you should take strict action against your supplier.
