Bata has duly acknowledged replacement for a defective product black Mocassino shoe (Size 7) with model[protected] A vide CRF381677. However on visit to the designated Bata Stores as per the resolution provided, the Stores Manager was unable to provide the replacement as the EAN ref . was not provided in the resolution & without which the claim replacement could not be completed. Repeated requested to the Stores Manager and calls to Customer care is in vain & as a customer I am still awaiting the resolution, which is purely due to internal issues within Bata
If this is the Customer Service & resolution provided by Bata, then a customer like myself will deter from buying any Bata product in future, & will not prefer mental agony after paying such a premium price.
Now I have been provided another complaint ref # 384866 the resolution for which is awaited. The matter is going on rounds since more than 2 weeks, and as a customer I am being penalised for purely internal billing issues within Bata.
Regret if I do not get a feasible resolution on the replacement in the next 2 days, I will be forced to move to the Customer Forum for appropriate redressal of the issue.
