[Resolved] Bata India — Manufacturing defect in Black School Shoes

I am a regular customer of Bata since so many years and I was fully satisfied with the products of this company. This time I bought Black School Shoes (size-3) for my son from Bata, Sector-19, Chandigarh. But, it has a manufacturing defect and the same defect was brought into the notice of the concerned Shopkeeper with 20 days. But till today, despite my numerous visits to the shop, the replacement of the shoes has not been made till today.
