[Resolved]  Bata India — manufacturing fault, bill missed , show room not issuing copy bill ,

Dear sir, we bought one Chappal in Coimbatore RS puram show room . it has manufacturing defect. Purchase date 07.11.14 Rate three thousand odd, In travelling we miss placed the Bill . we are 130 kilo meters away from Coimbatore lives in Karur. again we visited to the show room, they ask to contact the Customer service at the following mail ID. customer.[protected]@bata.co.in, we have made several reminders there is no any reply / complaint no registered not received, the first mail copy attached here with . why your show room people refusing to issue duplicate bill ? it is your goods bought in your show room . the same show room not giving any response .Product rate is more than Rs 3000+ it is our own money. not any bribery or robbery one . we need justice, make arrangements to get it replaced . ask your show room people to give copy bill Sathya s, karur, email globalsathya82gmail.com globalsathya Globalsathya <[protected]@gmail.com> Dec 19 (11 days ago) to customer.servi. To The customer Service Bata Dear Sir, we bought one pair of Chappal from "H P " Show Room R S Puram, Coimbatore on 07.12.14 We found MANUFACTURING DEFECT and return it to them they ask to contact your self. We have miss placed our Bill of purchase while travelling . we are 130 kilometers away from Coimbatore lives in Karur. Even though we again visited the show room and contacted. They refused to give an Copy bill even we have mentioned the purchase date, they ask to contact you. we bought the Product by paying more than Three Thousand Rupees because the faith we have in your product. we did not use the Product, it is in original mode as we bought, Kindly refer and give details where to send them for replacing . Give instruction to the Show room to give a copy bill of purchase. It is your product, it has been bought from your show room, We are mentioning the date of purchase, why they are not ready to give duplicate Bill. is it is Duplicate one they are selling on your name. we need your kind attention and immediate reply. we have bought the Product for the faith on your product, if it is a cheaper variety we may ignore, we paid over Rs 3000.00, the odd amount what we pay we forgot. I have purchased sandal from Bata. I have very little use it in 2 months. Its sole is removed and colour is also fade. I lost the invoice taken from store.

Please help me to get replacement.
