i have purchased mocassino shoes worth Rs 1399 at bata show room -malkajgiri, hyderabad. with in 6 months the sole and te upper leather are torn apart. i wwent to your show room, the manager was very rude and said that we cant do anything now. further to state that he said me to give complaint . its very unfortunate that we r purchasing high cost h shoes from bata brand and manager/sales people r just 2 rude. further no after sales service. is this the way bata is branded?
