I have been to Bata showroom near vani nagar malkajgiri today and have been ill-treated at the showroom, the people there does not have any due respect to they customers.The very moment i went in the concerned person at the billing counter was already having an argument with one of the customer regarding the service. i thought it was just a misunderstanding however i had the same experience they were not concerned about the customers and when we questioned they inturn started blaming us and did not even accept they mistake in spite of having the stock they ignored to show.
