We had bought a hush puppies shoe from Bata Store for around 4500 INR. Within a month the sole got detached from the shoe. When asked for replacement they replaced the shoe after repetitive follow ups but again the sole got detached of the new shoe as well. We again escalated on emails, facebook page and calls and later they asked us to courier the shoe to them in their gurgaon office. We did it on our own expense last month and till date revert is awaited. We are tired of escalating but there is no revert. Regretting spending such huge amount on this shoe. Request you to assist. emails and escalation details can be shared when asked.
