[Resolved]  Bata India — Non delivery of product or Refund

i have bought bata shoe on online by using my debit card. i have paid money Rs.1399/- My purchase order No. 12037510. Date of order 23.10.2014. Tracking number 12037510. Till i am waiting for the product but not delivered or not refunded money. On 29.10.2014 they send mail for refund money as per bank procedure. details given below, Dear Customer, This is to inform you that the merchant has initiated the refund process for order number 12037510 for your transaction on http://www.bata.in.
