[Resolved]  Bata India — Not Allowing to exchange within 15 days

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased Bata shoes TTN:[protected] at bata showroom code :01114 located at #14/14, 15/15, 8th cross, wilson garden, Bangalore-560027. Within a week shoes are ruined and shopkeeper is giving very bad response when I asking for exchange. I contacted customer service and raised complaint (Complaint Number:284965) against it, but I got very bad response from customer care. Later try to esculate higher level of bata customer care, but Customer.[protected]@bata.com itself is not working I requesting to bata company "Please dont try to cheat the customer " and now onwards I never go for Bata.
