I had ordered pair of shoes online from Bata India, six months ago. Each time I call customer service representative they keep saying it will be initiated in 3-4 days, month passed no money has refunded till now. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
May 31, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved No steps has been taken to resolve my issue, it's still in the same phase. It's not resolved yet. Bata India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
