I brought a kids sandal on 9/1/2015 from Velachery, Chennai showroom and is torn very badly. I misplaced the bill but i saw the transaction details on my bank account.
The show room executives says i need to submit a bill for warranty claim but i have asked them for a duplicate bill by showing the bank transaction details.
The product i brought was very cheap and is torn within two months
