Bata India — Poor quality and pathetic customer service

Hi customer care,
I am very disappointed since I bought a shoe in the month of Sept'14 (not from sale) from fresh lot from BATA showroom situated in Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad. Ph: 30001813, contact person MP Bukhari and Akram Shaikh.
I am VP of a MNC located in prahlad nagar and I wore this black color shoe thrice a day with very limited walking since I travel by car. I bought the shoe at the price of 1699 and the article code is F[protected] SUPER STAR BOUGHT ON 09.09.14.
Suddenly I realised yesterday that both the bottom of the shoe is broken. I am attaching a picture. It was very disappointing to see this. I contacted today to the showroom and they told me that the replacement is not in their hand and I am required to send an email with details. Ideally the replacement should be on the store itself and not following the long procedure of writing email and than going back again to the store.
I have been very loyal customer to BATA since decades, our whole family prefers BATA over and above any other brand but this time I feel like cheated.
I sincerely request you to address my grievance and an immediate replacement to be approved of my shoes. I have attached the pathetic condition of the bottom of the shoe. I wore it hardly for 2 months since I have many other pairs which I use on roster basis.
Looking forward for an immediate resolution of my grievances here.
