[Resolved] Bata India — Poor Quality

on 13 aug, we bought a product : f[protected] JOY II for rs 450/ from Bat chowk udyog marg Faridabad (HY) vide cash memo no 13-08-14/[protected], but fater few days only on 25th aug, some portion has been chipped off from its place, since i can not submit the defected product physically right now as my son uses this and he stays in Odissa for his study, in the first week of oct it can be submited . Please advise if it can be exchanged at your any branch in Brehmapur (Odissa) by showing the bill and defected pcs . Sir,

I purchased a pair of Hush Puppies shoe for about Rs 3000/- from Adoor, Kerala during May, 2014. I was told that its full leather but today the tip of the shoe was damaged and the upper coating of the tip seems to be rexine which i find very difficult to accept after paying such an exorbitant amount for a leather shoe. I'm deeply worried about the quality of your shoes and my trust in your brand is fading. Kindly do the needful.
