I had purchased one Bata Sandel model No. 4616120 from Shop No. 53, Sarojini Nagar New Delhi on 23rd June 2014 for Rs. 499/-. I have not retained the bill since earlier there has not been any complaint from Bata products. We have been using Bata since past 40 years. Yesterday, flaps of one leg came out and I had to get it repaired outside. Today, I visited your shop and was advised to lodge complaint.This is a case of poor quality.
