I bought shoes from bata showroom on 1 November 2014 from phase 3B2, Mohali . After one wash the colour of the shoes faded (within one week). We complained to the shopkeeper and he told to wear shoes for some more days and after that they will replace shoes.On 29 November 2014 again we went to the shop to return shoes but they seemed to drag their feet regarding this.
I have paid rupees 999 through debit card having receipt no . F[protected]
