Hello Team,
I purchased 'Power' shoes in July 2014 and to my surprise the shoe is torn in just around 5 months. I am sure Bata- being the brand will never produce footwear of such a bad quality and I trust the shoes I had might be one of the rare quality defect ones.
I had been to one of the Bata outlet and on seeing the condition of shoes, suggested me to contact customer care via email. I request you to please consider this compliant and process it further at the earliest.
