[Resolved]  Bata India — Product not received

Hi, I have placed an order on Bata Online store for purchase of a chappals with Order ID 12042630 on 20th Oct 2014 and made an online payment using Netbanking on the same day. After payment I was promised that the product will be delivered within 7 Working Days. But, there was no response even after several inquiries regarding the order and finally during my last interaction with customer care officer on 30 October 2014, he launched a complaint ID 300448 and promised my problem will be resolved in coming 5 days but the problem has not been resolved yet. Please help Ankit Sen
