[Resolved] Bata India — Refund OR replacement Required

On 9th of May I purchased a footwear from BATA Patna, and in only one month upper portion is seperated, I was using bata products since a long time, and it was always satisfactory. But this time it's making me to change my mind towards any other brand coz of its quality. I haven't visited the store yet, coz I know they are not willing to help me, as my friends provided me feedback of that store. Store is located Nr. Central Mall Patna.
