[Resolved] Bata India — Refuse to exchange my shoe

Dear sir, I have purchase one sport shoe from the Gariahat branch of Bata [ kolkata] in the month of Sep'14 for my cousin brother who has come to kolkata for tour purpose. The cost of the shoe is Rs. 999 /- Unfortunately the size of the shoe is smaller and it was not used by my cousin brother. And when i go to the store at end of the month of Oct. The store manager has refused to accept. As per him this product is sale product and we are not able to accept this . The shoe is lying intact in my house. Because no one can wear this shoe im my family due to smaller size. As a regular customer can you adjust the amt with my new purchase . MY Details are as below : Name : M.Radha krishnan Mobile no.
