[Resolved]  Bata India — replacement issue

Such a disappointment faced after purchasing footwear under your brand tag. I had bought a pair of sandals from FOOTIN whose billing was done under your brand name with a replacement warranty. It wasn''t even two weeks time from the purchase that i had to get that footwear fixed more than twice. When i contacted the customer care executives they at first lined me up for the BATA outlets of my region (J&K) to get it replaced but then suddenly denied its replacement here. On sending a mail regarding this issue they tried my contact number only once which i couldn't pick up for some reason, after which they didn't bothered to contact me again and sent me a mail asking for another alternative contact number claiming that they are not able to contact me on the provided number. I again replied them with an alternate number but no response. After such a disgust i contacted then again from my own side but they responded me in such an ill way that they are going to contact me themselves only but hell out of waiting. Do you guys just make false claims only regarding everything. Why don't you just simply clarify your customers that you people are never going to be responsible for any fault later on so that customers just stop expecting anything from your side and should prefer buying stuff from some local vendor only rather than you atleast they won't be claiming so high like you and being such a disgust and irresponsible.

I just don't get you guys how can you people behave so cheap on your side that you don't provide quality products to the customer at the first hand with such high fake claims and no response to their complaints at the other hand.

I'll be waiting for the reply from your side two days only or else will really have to take some leagal action in this aspect.

Well i had already provided you people with two of my contact numbers on this e-mail id only, but sad to say no response from your side yet. What i feel is that you people need to train on your executives again so that they take up the matters seriously at their end with an intention to resolve them.

i bought it on 9th may 2015 and i went to exchange the slippers on 22nd may 2015 (its have 15 days warranty on exchange )
tat shop keeper want me too pay 100 rupees to exchange the slippers
